I heard it somewhere

The competition takes place in Bialystok, in the eastern Poland. Our idea was based on stereotypes circulating around this cool region. Many people associate Bialystok city with Disco Polo music. We used a fragment of song called MERCEDES ARE TAKING US from album MEMORIES which is a classic of the music. Big thanks to Zenon Martyniuk that he agreed to use this extraordinary song in our animation. Thank you.

Where is it?

We created a short teaser containing some information. We made it with photos showing the enviroment where the competition takes place.

Process

Animations made with stop-motion technique. Characters were printed on paper and then cut. Video we used to do that comes from private recordings of the competitors.
